Assistant Dean of Graduate Student Affairs
Meet with Amy to discuss:
Amy Keeler is the Assistant Dean for Graduate Student Affairs at the Guarini School of Graduate and Advanced Studies, previously serving as the Director of Career Services at Dartmouth Engineering. Over her decade at Dartmouth, she has developed strategies for career advising and professional development for graduate students, alumni, and engineering majors, finding joy in her work with students and postdocs to help them achieve their professional goals. Amy holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences.
Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys mountain biking, hiking the Appalachian Trail with her puppy, and spending quality time with her family. She and is currently pursuing her 200-hour yoga teaching certification.
Associate Dean of Graduate Student Affairs

Kerry Landers is the Associate Dean of Graduate Student Affairs at the Dartmouth Guarini School of Graduate and Advanced Studies. She holds a doctorate in education and a masters in counseling psychology. For much of her career, Kerry has counseled graduate students. She loves working with Dartmouth graduate students and finds them to be brilliant, hard-working, and fun.
In her current role, she advises graduate students on career, academic, and personal issues including academic and non-academic job searches, navigating graduate school, and taking time away from graduate school.
As a first-generation college student, Kerry has researched and published a book, “Postsecondary Education for First-Generation and Low-Income Students in the Ivy League.” In addition, she has taught and advised graduate students in the MALS program. If you can’t find Kerry in her office, you may see her walking around Occom Pond, no matter the weather!
Director of Postdoc Affairs
As Director of Postdoctoral Affairs with the Guarini School, Cindy is the point person for postdocs and helps with current needs as well as career development. She works closely with the Dartmouth College Postdoc Association.
As Senior Associate Director for the Dartmouth Center for the Advancement of Learning, Cindy is responsible for all graduate student and postdoc programs and services and also is involved in broader DCAL projects such as the Learning Fellows Program and Librarians Active Learning Institute.
All grad students and postdocs are welcome to meet with Cindy about any teaching and career ideas as well as their experience at Dartmouth more generally.
Cindy joined DCAL in 2007 as the first Associate Director for Professional Development Programs for Future Faculty – a position created by DCAL and what was then the Office of Graduate Studies to develop programs around teaching and learning tailored to graduate students and postdocs at Dartmouth.
Assistant Dean for Access and Community
Hector Sanchez (GR’22) is the Assistant Dean for Access and Community at the Guarini School of Graduate and Advanced Studies. As a former alumnus of the MCB Program, he earned his PhD in microbiology and immunology studying the microscopic relationships between microbes and immunity, now through a macroscopic lens, he champions the success of community with graduate students, faculty, postdocs, and staff.
During his time at Dartmouth, Hector has served as the Allen House Graduate Resident Fellow, Guarini Graduate Diversity Fellow, and the Diversity & Inclusion Fellow, of which, helped facilitate a series of town halls addressing the need for institutional change. Now as Assistant Dean, Hector supports undergraduate, postbaccalaureate, and graduate students through leadership roles including the ASURE Program, DLBR-IMSD Program, DPREP Program, as well as, serving as an advisor for the SACNAS chapter, Afroheritage Graduate Student Network, and DartSlam. Most often times you will find Hector traveling to recruiting fairs at national conferences and at partner institutions across the country. He always welcomes the prospect of graduate students joining him in his recruiting efforts.
Outside of work, Hector enjoys playing competitive sports, video games, and fueling his toddler’s toy dinosaur collection.

Enrollment Operations Manager
Katelyn Crowe is the Enrollment Operations Manager at Guarini. In this role, she is responsible for managing the admissions processes of our various graduate programs and maintaining the application system.
Associate Dean for Communications and Engagement
Associate Graduate Registrar
Amy Gallagher is the Associate Graduate Registrar for the Guarini School. She works closely with the Graduate Registrar, Gary Hutchins, assisting graduate students with course enrollment each term.
She manages enrollment verifications, transcripts requests and degree verifications for Guarini students and is the School Certifying Official with the Veterans Association for Guarini students with Educational VA benefits.
Registrar and Assistant Dean
Enrollment Systems and Data Analyst
Lisa Lagerquist is the Enrollment Systems and Data Analyst at Guarini. In this role, she is responsible for managing our CRM, the system behind our application process, event management, and reporting. She coordinates Guarini surveys and overall data analysis for Guarini. Lisa comes to Guarini with a background in international enrollment and database management.
Office Manager
As the Office Manager, Yvonne provides executive assistant support to Dean F. Jon Kull ’88 and oversees the administrative operations of the office. Yvonne holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Music and Fine Arts from St. Lawrence University.
Associate Dean for Admissions, Access, and Recruitment
Jane received her master’s degree in Educational Technology from Lesley University and has been working in various educational institutions for over two decades. She has been at Dartmouth since 2011 in her current role as assistant dean for admissions, access, and recruitment in the School of Graduate and Advanced Studies.
Communications Specialist
Meghan Wicks is a communications specialist with a background in user experience design. In this role, Meghan works to update and improve the school’s websites, creates content for social media channels, and oversees Guarini’s weekly newsletter.
