As an Event Marketing Representative at Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will travel to various locations, such as fairs, festivals, or community events, to engage with homeowners about our industry leading products and services.
By engaging with potential customers, you will:
- Identify their unique home situations and needs.
- Enter them into company giveaway contests.
- Provide brief presentations of our products and services.
- Schedule them for an in-home consultation with our Sales team.
- Be responsible for set up and breakdown of the company provided materials.
Pay Range: $20 starting base hourly rate + weekly and monthly bonuses dependent on performance. Our average Event Rep earns $25-$35/hr total.
Training: Training consists of 6 in-class sessions during weekday evenings followed by 3-4 weekend Field Training shadow shifts. During training you’ll be paid your base hourly rate.
