What you’ll learn and do
- Complete award-winning onboarding and ongoing training in financial planning, sales, and practice management.
- Work directly with clients—conduct discovery meetings, develop and present tailored financial plans, and guide clients toward their goals.
- Build your book through authentic relationship development, community engagement, and referral cultivation.
- Partner with experienced advisors in joint appointments and receive hands-on coaching.
- Create a business plan and access market development resources, expense allowances, and operational support.
- Expand your skills through continuous professional development and move into leadership or specialty roles as you progress.

Who we’re looking for
- Young professionals (recent grads and those early in their careers) who want to learn and build.
- Completed 4-year degree or graduation by May 2027
- If you are newly graduated, internships, campus leadership, athletics, volunteer leadership, or student org involvement are preferred and valued experience.
- Ideal candidates will have established roots in the Cincinnati region through school, community involvement, internships, campus organizations, or professional experiences. A strong local network and enthusiasm for engaging with the Cincinnati community are highly valued.

- This is an on-site, Cincinnati area role, that involves building relationships within the local community. Candidates who are already familiar with the area or have established local networks are strongly preferred.
