Come learn and practice writing thank you notes for personal or professional situations.

Relaxing Yoga

Yoga for GuarniGRADS! To honor Mental Health Awareness Month, come stretch and practice in community for a gentle slow-flow yoga class offered in collaboration with Guarini and Geisel. Kate Adams, Program Manager for Student Wellness and Engagement, and certified yoga instructor will lead us through a 45-minute practice. No prior experience required!
What to wear: comfortable clothes.
What to bring: a water bottle and mat. Some mats available to borrow, feel free to bring your own.
