GuariniGRAD Social Media Drawing – Official Rules

Who Can Participate:
Open to currently enrolled graduate students and postdoctoral scholars who are part of the Guarini School. This includes all postdocs and all graduate students in Guarini programs. (Find your program.) 

What You Can Win:
Two randomly selected winners will each receive a $30 Amazon gift card.

Contest Dates:
The contest runs from Wednesday, April 9, 2025, through Monday, April 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

How to Enter:

  1. Get Your SWAG!
    Pick up limited-edition GuariniGRAD swag at one of these events:
    • Poster Session from 5-7:00 p.m. on April 9 at the Hanover Inn
    • Guarini Social Meet and Greet from 3-5:00 p.m. on April 23 at the Guarini Commons
  2. Capture Your Experience
    Snap a photo (or short reel) of yourself with your GuariniGRAD swag that demonstrates your enthusiasm for your research or the GuariniGRAD community. Examples might include: in your lab, at the library, on campus somewhere, etc. All images should be appropriate for a general audience. 
  1. Caption your Image/Story

Include a short blurb or caption that demonstrates your enthusiasm for your research or the GuariniGRAD community. 

  1. Post It on Instagram
    Share your photo as a grid post or reel, and make sure to:
    • Tag @dartgrad
    • Use the hashtag: #GuariniGRADSwag
  1. Check Back on April 30.
    Two participants will be randomly selected to win a $30 Amazon gift card. Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message on April 30 with instructions about redeeming their gift card.

Terms & Permissions:

By posting your image and tagging @dartgrad, you grant the Guarini School permission to use your name, program, and submitted photo for promotional and publicity purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Digital and print publications
  • Social media content
  • GuariniGRAD marketing materials

You must be following @dartgrad on Instagram at the time of the drawing to be eligible.

Maximum of 2 entries per person (must be two unique posts).
